Sir Richard Branson has announced a first-of-its-kind year-long cruise pass that will enable travellers to sail on any ship in the Virgin Voyages fleet worldwide.
Discussing details of the new offering in a short interview with Good Morning America as part of Travel Tuesday, Branson said the adults-only all-inclusive pass would be priced at US$120,000.
“One day you could be in the Mediterranean, you know, exploring Turkey or Italy or Spain, or another day you could be in the Caribbean,” the Virgin Group founder told the show.
The pass holder and a guest will be able to “hop on” any Virgin Voyages ship, starting from either January, February, March, or April of 2025.

“It’s completely interchangeable. And so basically, you can go on any ship, anytime, anywhere,” Branson said.
Available in very limited numbers, the pass will include Virgin Voyages’ “Always Included Luxury” as well as Deep Blue extras including a sea terrace cabin, premium WiFi, laundry service, priority boarding and pre-voyage & onboard support.
Pass holders will also receive a $100 bar tab credit for each itinerary they sail, two specialty coffees per cabin per day and a VIP invitation to an exclusive cocktail event with other annual pass holders.
“For those who can afford it, it’s actually definitely a deal,” Branson said.
