Signature Travel Network Conference heads to Orlando from 2026

Signature Travel Network has confirmed it will relocate its flagship annual conference from Las Vegas to Orlando, effective 2026. The decision was announced to members at Signature’s recent Regional Events and at last month’s Owner’s Meeting in Montreal.
The prestigious Conference, which has been a staple of Las Vegas and the desert state of Nevada for several years, will now find a new home at the Orlando World Center Marriott, with Signature taking over the entire property to create an exclusive experience for its attendees.

“This is the event where the future of travel takes shape!”, Rachael Signer, Vice President, Events & Business Development told LATTE. “It’s a time to connect, network, and build meaningful relationships while sharing expertise, sparking innovative ideas, and forging new partnerships.”
LATTE understands the buyout of Orlando World Center Marriott enables the consortia to welcome up to 4,000 delegates to its four-day event. With the bulk of Signature Travel Network’s travel advisors now on the US east coast, the switch from the gaming capital of the USA to the theme park capital of the world will also likely have a strong appeal to network agencies as Orlando is more economical to reach than Las Vegas.
Orlando will also present a full suite of pre- and/or post-conference opportunities for delegates to visit Disney World (12 kms away) and Universal Studios (18 kms) theme parks, and cruises from nearby Port Canaveral, making the jaunt to Florida increasingly worthwhile.

Signature Travel Network’s 2024 and 2025 Conference will continue to be held at The Venetian Resort in Las Vegas.
The dates locked in for Orlando World Center Marriott are:
- 2026 Conference – 15-18 November, 2026
- 2027 Conference – 14-17 November, 2026
